NL/BE : Dankzij de inspanningen van Dianne Kroon, secretaris van onze KKVN, in samenwerking met wijlen Christine Bijl (v.d. Nederlandse Belangen Vereniging voor Hobbydierhouders), hebben we het voor mekaar gekregen dat de regelgeving inzake export van hobbyvarkens enigszins versoepeld is.
Op 21 juni 2010 verscheen de aangepaste Exportcertificering vanaf boerderij en VC (VRKA-004). Versie: 1.2.9 met de nieuwe regelgeving dienaangaande (zie blz. 9 v. 23):
Hobbyvarkens en kleinschalige bedrijven
Omdat deze hobbyhouders en kleinschalige bedrijven niet meedoen aan het monitoringsprogramma (ziekte van Aujeszky en SVD) was het nodig dat er met het beleid afspraken gemaakt werden over de exportvoorwaarden. Het betreft bij deze houders namelijk vaak bijzondere varkensrassen die aan uitwisseling van fokmateriaal met houders in het buitenland doen.
Het volgende is voor hobbyhouders en kleinschalige bedrijven nu afgesproken met LNV en het PVE :
· zowel de hobbyhouders als de kleinschalige bedrijven moeten een UBN hebben. De kleinschalige bedrijven moeten daarnaast als B-bedrijf of D-bedrijf staan geregistreerd bij het PVE;
· alle vervoersbewegingen moeten in I&R gemeld worden;
· de varkens moeten correcte oormerken hebben;
· uitsluitend de varkens die op export gaan moeten serologisch onderzocht worden op de ziekte van Aujeszky en SVD. De bloedafname moet binnen 14 dagen vóór de exportdatum zijn uitgevoerd bij GD of CVI. De uitslag van het bloedonderzoek moet negatief zijn en bekend zijn vóór export. Export vindt plaats vanaf de veehouderij van herkomst;
· binnen 1 maand vóór bloedafname mogen er geen varkens op het UBN zijn aangevoerd. Dit moet voor de exportcertificering in I&R gecontroleerd worden.
Een hobbyhouder heeft minder dan 5 varkens ( van meer dan 25 kg) en mag alleen afvoeren naar een andere hobbyhouder of naar de slacht binnen Nederland. Naast de hobbyhouders kennen we ook kleinschalige (B of D) bedrijven die minder dan 30 varkens ( van meer dan 25 kg) hebben. Zij mogen afvoeren naar de slacht (als ze een B- of een D-status hebben) of naar mestbedrijven (als ze een B-status hebben).

Biggen voor Export:
Bovenop de prijs van onze big(gen), worden de kosten van EUR 30,- voor onze veearts (die bloed moet komen tappen a EUR 8 per big) + (EUR 37) transport naar en laboratoriumonderzoeken bij de G.D., doorgerekend aan de koper voor wat betreft:
- de bij wet verplichte bloedtesten op Ausjezski en S.V.D. (beide testen kosten EUR 8 per big),
- alsook voor de inspecteur-veearts gestuurd door de V.W.A. (Voedsel & Waren Autoriteiten) aan de klep op de ochtend van vertrek van de big(gen) naar het buitenland (binnen de EU), kosten: EUR 120,-.
Deze kosten rekenen wij gedeeltelijk door aan onze buitenlandse kopers:
EUR 175,- voor 1 big.
Per extra big , komt er EUR 30,- bij.
(Bvb. : 2 biggen = EUR 205,- // 3 biggen = EUR 235,- // 4 biggen = EUR 265,-.)

Thanks to the efforts of Dianne Kroon (secretary of the KKVN = Dutch Kune Kune Pig Society), in collaboration with the late Mrs. Christine Bijl (Dutch Association for Hobby-animal smallholders), we have obtained that the Dutch regulations on export of petpigs has become less complicated.
On June 21st., 2010 the revised certification for exporting pigs [departing from a farm (VRKA-004)] were officially edited. Version: 1.2.9 with the new regulations in this respect (see p. 9 v. 23): st
Petpig breeders and smallholders:
Due to the fact that smallholders and petpig breeders do not have to participate in the monitoring programme (Aujeszky's disease and SVD), it was necessary that policy agreements were made with the officials on the export regulations.
Mostly it involves breeders and smallholders of rare pig breeds who need to exchange breeding material with holders from abroad.
The following has now been agreed upon with LNV and PVE for petpig farmers and smallholders :
· both small-holders/petpig breeders must possess a UBN. (Uniek Bedrijfs Nummer = Unique Company Number). Additionally the small-holders must be registered with the PVE as a B- or D-status farm ;
· all transport movements must be reported at the I & R VL (Identification & Registration Bureau for movements of pigs);
· the pigs must have correct eartags;
· only the pigs for export must be examined serologically on Aujeszky's disease and SVD. The blood samples must be examined at the GD or CVI within the last 14 days before the export date is due. The results of the blood tests must be negative and must be known before the departure for export takes place. Export transport departs from the farm of origin;
·During a period of 1 month before the blood samples are taken, no pigs may enter the breeder's/exporter's farm. Correct compliance must be checked by the I & R before the export certification is edited.
A smallholder with the recreational status has less than 5 pigs (of more than 25 kg) and may only transport to another recreational small-holder or to a slaughter within Netherlands. Besides small-holders with a hobby-recr. status also small farmers of type B or D status exist with less than 30 pigs (of more than 25 kg). These breeders with B or D status may transport to the slaughter or to pig-fattening farms (if they have a B-status).
Piglets for Export:
On top of the price for the pig/piglet itself, the fees for the offical certifications, legalisations and veterinarian intervenience are due to be paid as well by the foreign purchaser of our pigs. This extra fee represents the additional and compulsory expenses for export on :
1.- the veterinarian (= EUR 8,- per bloodtest per pig + EUR 37,- transport to the G.D. lab. where the examinations are done)
2.- the G.D. bill for the compulsory blood tests on SVD & Ausjezski. (each test costs EUR 8,- per pig),
3.- as well as for the official vet. inspector sent by the V.W.A. (Foods & Goods Authorities) on the morning of departure, cost: EUR 125,-.
We partly bill these expenses to our foreign buyers, as follows:
EUR 175,-for 1 pig.
For each additional pig EUR 30,- will be added.
(E.g.: 2 piglets = EUR 205,- / 3 piglets = EUR 235,- / 4 piglets = EUR 265,-)
